We collect only the information you choose to give us through the consideration request and contact forms: your name, email address, telephone number, city and state, current role and organisation, any professional links you provide, and your written responses.
Our host records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiles.
How we use information
Information is used to:
- respond to correspondence you send us;
- conduct the private review that follows a request for consideration;
- communicate privately with you about that review;
- operate and protect this website; and
- meet legal, security, or record-keeping obligations.
We do not use your information to build a public profile of you, and we do not publish it.
Confidentiality and disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not publish membership information, member identities, or any public roster or directory. Information is disclosed only to the small number of people conducting a review, to service providers that host this site and process form submissions on our behalf, and where disclosure is required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, after which it is deleted. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also ask us to stop sending non-essential correspondence. Write to us and we will act on the request.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen years of age.

If this policy changes we will update the date above. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried in revised wording.
